Single Farm is our blended Missouri Farmhouse Pale Ale in which we explore the complexities and beautiful expressions of hops and our native mixed culture. For this third expression, we chose to express the Cascade hop from Freestyle Farms by dry hopping this light, billowy beer and then bottle conditioning to a lively level of carbonation

2023 Medianoche is bigger and more complex than ever before as we selected more unique barrels and a wider variety of Medianoche base recipes. The base recipe includes our traditional Medianoche base, combined with wheated, rye, extended-boil, and short-boiled Medianoches.
